Peanut Butter Balls are a quick and easy snack for the kids and especially the BIG kid at my house….my husband. One of the ladies brought them recently to an Art to Gogh Party I held. I loved them and knew my husband would, too. I’ve had the ingredients for awhile and finally decided, right before lunch today, to make them.
The ingredients are simple and you may possibly have everything you need already. Corn Flakes, Light Karo corn Syrup, Peanut Butter, sugar and peanuts. I used extra Crunchy peanut butter and didn’t have peanuts to chop so I used cashews to roll them in at the end.
Put sugar and syrup into a pan and heat on med-low heat. Once the syrup and sugar have melted, add peanut butter and stir until combined. Add cornflakes and roll into balls. I then roll in coarsely chopped peanuts, or in this case, cashews…
Yum! They are even better than I remember!!! And the Big Kid at my house LOVES them!
